Who you are paying
Cumberland Porch Co is a Universole LLC brand based in Carlisle, PA. Receipts come from Universole. Your card statement will show UNIVERSOLE. Billing questions go to the contact email in the footer.
Booking
You pick a package and a week. We email you to confirm the week. Then we send a payment link. Your spot is held once you pay. We do not charge you before that.
What you get
Each package lists a range of pumpkins and gourds, like 15 to 20. You get a count in that range. Sizes, colors and shapes vary because they are real pumpkins from real farms. We pick what looks best on your porch.
Weather
Light rain is fine. If the weather is bad on your day, we move you to the next dry day and email you.
Pumpkins are food
Whole pumpkins last six to ten weeks in fall weather. If one goes soft early, let us know and we swap it. We are not responsible for animals, frost or a hard freeze.
Removal
If your package includes removal, we come back the weekend after Thanksgiving and take it all. Want it gone November 1? Tell us when you book. Removal is a $49 add-on on the Classic Porch.
Changes and refunds
Change your week up to 3 days before delivery at no cost. Cancel 3 or more days before delivery for a full refund. Inside 3 days we have already bought your pumpkins, so we refund half.
Your privacy
We keep your name, address, phone and email to do the job and send your receipt. We do not sell or share them. Payment details go to our payment processor and never touch our servers.
